My DIY bread :

True humans have been eating meat since long ago but at a heavy cost. Meat consumption, except fish, speeds up ageing and weaken immune system. We all become ill because of weakening of immune system.

And I am VERY GLAD that I have NEVER eaten meat, goat, pork, deer etc

ALL THE BEASTS I ATE :
– Goat (not like it very much, though Kurds love it)
– Mutton (as goat)
– Pork (the best meat without doubt)
– Beef (the best or the worst, depends on quality)
– Horse (now very rare but when I was a kid, I ate some)
– Donkey (In Corsica they have a speciality of donkey sausage)
– Deer (not bad with a good gravy)
– Boar (strong taste, not bad)
– Osterich (sort of beef meat but less tasty)
– Kangaroo (the same than ostrich)
– Buffalo (like a very good beef)
– Partridge (small, tasty)
– quails (as partridge)
– pheasant (good)
– guinea fowl (I prefer pheasant)
– Pigeon (I prefer quail)
– Rabbit ( not fond of)
– Hare (should eat some when I was a kid, not real memory)
– Chicken (my favorite poultry)
– Duck ( nice but I prefer a beef tournedos)
– Goose (good, juicy, fat)
– Turkey (dried, not a great taste)
– Frogs (fine, subtle, light)
– Snails (yummy)
I don't make the list of sea-food, too much things. My favorite : oysters.

Out of your entire list I only eat Chickens and occasionally Turkeys
