In France, when they marry, all women have to make a test of toxoplasma as other infection diseases who can be dangerous if they're pregnant. The advantage of having a cat is that you are immune against it (that was my case )

I had never heard of toxoplasma and thought that I was just watching a funny cartoon - I was surprised when I discovered this is a real disease

I picture you in later life - living on a farm surrounded by hundreds of animals

The 2 surviving kittens (for the moment) are female. I hope to find nice house for them.

One is beautiful (whit and tabby) the other one very ugly : white-pinkie like an albinos rat with a random small spot on its side. If I can't find a master for her, should I keep her with me ?


I watch Pride & Prejudice as every summer and for the first time I begin to consider that the Mr Darcy of BBC has more wonderful and sexy look than the romantic Darcy of 2005 :
