no she's not a lesbo , she's just an educated , intelligent woman...Obviously she would be called things like lezbo and so on..
Imams are scared of women , so they'll make things up as they go along...nothing new here, move along now...

"Although commonly referred to as a "He", Allah is considered genderless, but there is no neuter gender to express this in the Arabic language. When Greek or other polytheistic deities
I wouldn't know I never read itand kassem ur shia right???
although alevis are considered a shia sect, our beliefs are very very far from those of shias... I'm pretty sure 90% of "regular" shias would consider us heretics just like the sunni do
for example we don't fast during ramadan, we don't consider required doing the five pillars of islam, we can drink alcohol, women do the prayer with men... etcyou think Allah is male/female or has no gender??
I think Allah is in all human being and in all being in some form, so if a given human being is female it's female, and if it's a male it's male... therefore I guess my answer would be "both"
Allah is supposed to be in all of us, rather than some guy up there who tells you rules to follow and punishes the one who don't, we think satan the same way is in you it's the bad desires in you.
in the same way we don't really obey to what could be seen as the "literal" representation of things in the qu'ran, we rather interpret it and look for a hidden meaning. we think it's all figures of speech for something more spiritual. there's a saying that says :
"the best holy book you will read is a human being"
however we fast for commemorating the murder of hüseyin ( ali's son )
many alevis ( even the ones not bektashis ) also follow the teachings of haci bektas, that's why they say "alevi-bektasi culture" generally
I dunno if all this is really clear but it's a little hard to explain well

kassem wrote:no as I said our beliefs diverge widely from traditional shia beliefs, however on ali we are much like them, but there's differences in what we do.
for regular shias the day of ashura is 10th day of muharrem, where they commemorate martyrdom of hüsayn at the battle of kerbala, and they make pilgrimages to kerbala and beat their chest to mark hüsayn's suffering.
alevis do different things : for the first twelve days of muharrem, they fast from sun up to sun down. some also restrain of drinking water both days and night for all the twelve days ( they drink other things instead )
it's called the "fast of muharrem", you also have to avoid any sort of comfort and enjoyment to mourn for hüsayn
then at the end of the fast we prepare a special food we call asure ( ashure ) to celebrate the salvation of hüsayn's son from the massacre of kerbala, therefore the family of the prophet continued.
