You simply believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and you affirm that belief to God in prayer which, if earnest, will make you born again. That's it. You can make that decision public by being baptized if you so please.
Muslims have to believe:
1) "I witness that there is only One God, and that Mohammed is God's prophet!"
2) In the Holy Quran... And it's teachings!
3) In ALL of God's Angels and prophets...
That's what a Muslim has to do... If you believe ALL of what Islam says to believe in - BUT you choose to NOT believe that Jesus is a Prophet - then you are NOT a Muslim... Beause being Muslim - means also recognizing Jesus as a prophet of God...
Can't say the same for Christianity or Judaism... Jews don't believe in Jesus nor in Mohammed... While Christians don't believe in Mohammed... Whereas Muslims believe in Jesus AND David AND Moses AND so on and so forth...
Islam = Submission.... But could also be from Selam = Peace...
