NO baris , I use to play in a band , I played at CBGBs 3 years ago before they closed it down ,there was recording of that . I also play Armenian Dhol (drums ) which we use in our cultural music. I also play piano and a bit of violin ,which I learnt till grade 9, but I play Drums and Piano/Synthesizers now. I love music!
If you dont play an instrument , I reccomend picking it up , never to late to start!

Funny... I played the violin till the 9th grade as well... I started at 2nd grade...
Which Armenian drums are those?
Duhul is a Kurdish name, by the way... "Duhol": "Du" = "Two" and "Hol" = "Flats"/"Arenas"...

It's the same as our duhol - except we only play it with sticks... And accompanied by Zurna... Here, is the BEST Kurdish Duhol û Zurna piece I've seen on Youtube:
