I was right - you must have had too much icecream on holiday and did not want to confess :ymdevil:

No, the last week I was with the bishop of Kurdistan and some Kurdish students and teacher : I made them a visit of Paris, and walked 10 km each day, and did not eat a lot. So that was ok, I burned 500 calories by day 8)

I thought that you would be eating more while escorting the group around Paris :-o

Much better for you than sitting in an office all day long :D

Monday

Breakfast:
Cheese, egg and humus salad
1 pitta
2 cups sweet black tea (always takes me 2 cups to wake up properly)

Snack:
1 banana
2 bars of Cadbury chocolate (having a stressful day)

Dinner:
2 salad rolls
1 can diet Pepsi

Weather is so cold I think that I am going to give up salads and starting HOT food :D

Club of Diet' s addicts new members welcome

PostAuthor: Anthea » Tue Sep 10, 2013 6:23 pm

Piling this thread of yours has made a difference - I now watch what I eat and have actually cut down on my chocolate intake :ymapplause:

Suggest you alter the heading to:

Club of Diet' s addicts new members welcome
or
Club of Diet' s addicts new members wanted

Because it will help other people :o)

That is the principle of mindfulness : being aware and if you decide to sin, do it fully awake :D

Today

Black coffee, sugar, white chocolate.

Lunch : a cup of vegetable soup, a slice of bead.

Dinner : Salmon, rice, lettuce, cheese and pastis (pastis is a summer drink, i will change soon).

There is a minority of females here, so a minority of members caring of their silhouette :-D

2 thoughts:

Are Kurdish women afraid to come on to forums and have their say?

Perhaps it is time Kurdish men started to care about their silhouettes - do Kurdish men think that women enjoy being married to someone like this :ymsick:

You must need to go on a diet yourself otherwise you would not be on this thread :D

Do not feel ashamed of being too fat - after a few weeks writing down what you eat you will be more careful and take more notice of the things you eat - then you will start to lose weight - welcome to the diet club :ymhug:

I'm actually quite fit, I train 7 times a week(Split between weight-lifting and cardio), my weight is 86 kilos and my respective height is 180 cm. You on the other hand with you hogging all the cadbury chocolates and being disabled, shouldn't be talking about other people being fat. You can do that when you stop having the same body shape as english forest hog.
