So Today :

Morning : 2 mugs of Coffee.

No lunch.

Snack : an ice cream.

Dinner :
A smoked Salmon and tomatoes pie, lettuce, cheese, whisky.

around 1477 calories.

Next week, I will be a guide for Kurdistani team coming to visit Paris. So I don't know exactly what I am going to eat, but sure, I will burn calories by walking…

Bag of crisps
Can of Diet Coke
Tuna salad
2 bread rolls
2 cups of tea
1 bar of Cadbury
Plenty of bottled water

Mackerel salad for lunch
Chicken and rice for dinner
1 small bar Cadbury

And LARGE portion of ICE-CREAM :o)

Yesterday :

2 mugs of black coffee.

1 pm
A portion of smoked salmon and tomatoes pie.

8 pm
Cauliflowers & lumpfish salad
Fillet of flounder
a small piece or bread and Roquefort cheese.
Whisky (a bit too much, if I consider my slight headache #-o )

1 can of Pepsi

Lots of water

Starting to ask myself why - if all the Chinese people I know live on lots of rice keep so thin - do I look so FAT :o)

I think that Japanese food is the healthiest.

Today, no eat until dinner. Not even a snack. Only 3 mugs of coffee.I like to fast, some day, and I was not hungry.

Dinner : Chili with spiced chicken ham, lettuce, camembert, a slice of bread, and pastis.

I have absolutely no sympathy at all with fat people

I know why I am fat:

I EAT TOO MUCH

I could make excuses about having been stuck in a wheelchair for 3 years

But the truth is that I am intelligent enough to know that being stuck in a wheelchair I should have eaten LESS food

I did NOT and there is only one person to blame ME :o)

So now I am cutting down and changing the type of food I eat - lots of lovely salad O:-)

It was such a wonderfully hot day that I confess to having had an ice-cream - but think that I could be forgiven as it was 27c #:-s

If you are beginning to see a pattern forming it is because during this extremely hot weather I only drink tea with my first meal of the day - after it is lots of water

Dinner:
Chicken and spicy rice
I can diet Pepsi

I prefer Pepsi to drink - but - I LOVE this diet Coke advert :x
