That's not a bad idea to take daily selfies because most of the time we do not see if we lose weight or not. Other people notice it, but not our own eyes front of the mirror.

Breakfast :

Sweet black coffee, bread, Brie, ham.

Dinner : Quiche lorraine, lettuce, Touraine Gamey rouge.

It is a good idea but not for me - I am intending to weigh myself regularly once a month at my doctor's surgery - I think that weighing onesself every morning would be soul destroying especially on those mornings when one has gained weight :shock:

I know that I am starting to lose weight because my jeggings are loser - unfortunately I have always had slim legs - I will look even more similar to an egg on matchsticks 8-}

Lunch:

Cheese and humus salad
Cheese biscuits
Sweet black tea (not as sweet as it used to be :(( )

Dinner:

Chicken - rice - potato dumplings - humus
Can of Diet Pepsi

Snacks:

Cheese biscuits

As I observed, the only real trust evidence of losing weight are clothes : when they are larger, or not. Even bathroom scales are not so trustable.

A sweet Black coffee & a smecta and a paracetamol.

Dinner : A smecta, a vegetable soup with cream, bread and butter with 2 slices of ham, an avocado with mustard, Chardonnay blanc, a paracetamol.

Still not feeling well I see - smecta and paracetamol - looks as though you should be in bed - with a handsome man to peel grapes for you ;)

Breakfast:

Cheese salad and cheese biscuits
Black tea - I have it weaker now so that I use less sugar

Lunch:

Humus and salad in small pitta
Water - I drink a lot of bottled water

Dinner:

Chicken and rice
Can of Diet Pepsi

Snacks:

Cheese biscuits

I am trying to eat smaller meals but more often - it makes a difference using a smaller plate

You don't like green tea ?

Water - I drink a lot of bottled water


I drink more than 2 liter per day :-D But I have a biological reason : I born with 4 kidneys and after a surgery when I was 14 I kept 3 (the 4th did not work well). So people like me need to drink more than other because we eliminate speedily (3 work faster than 2).

Another effect : I drink a glass of water I piss 2 after 10 mn. :)) I have the activity of a spaniel front of 10 streetlights.
