Only one thing. OCALAN IS NOT THE NATIONAL KURDISH LEADER!! He is just the leader of the PKK nothing more.
The suppression of ethnic cultures and minority religious groups in attempting to forge a modern nation were not unique to Turkey but occurred in very similar ways in its European neighbours - Bruinessen.

Pamela has posted another story regarding the Kurds.
The stories are treated as a medical item. Important--but nonpolitical. But there is one factor missing. Southeastern Turkey is a Kurdish region.
