why Kurdish judge resigned?

you may have heared that the kurdish judge of saddam resigend.
the iraqi governmetn claims they havent put pressure on him to resign.

today an arab judge placed his position.
it is a sad news, I wished saddam be sentenced by a kurd .

It’s a very smart move. We Kurds are very clever. We don’t want to have blood of an Arabic “martyr” on our hands. Let Arab kill each other, and not Kurds. what Trigan says makes sense... that is possible , but I wish he had resigned after doing Kurdish files...not resign after doing some arabic files.
like halabcha or anfal , he could confrim Easily that anfal is genocide...and then resign...

In any case, it is only the 1sr trial. He should be judged later for massacres of Shiites and Anfal. So the question is : will he be judged in Halabja for the Anfal ? most of Kurds wish it.

And Talabani told recently that the court woub be more comfortable in Kurdistan, which is a safe place... even for Saddam's lawyers.

the new judge of saddam is also a Kurd ,but from Halabcha !
