Chicago Assyrian American Association names Sarkis Aghajan man of the year
The Assyrian American Association of Chicago on 6th November named Mr Sarkis Aghajan, KRG Minister for Finance, its Man of Year for his services to the Assyrian people. The association, founded in 1917, at awarded him the honour its 89th anniversary celebrations. It grants the honour every year to the person who has shown his or her commitment and dedication to helping Assyrians.
If so, then why do Assyrians in CAAA name him "Man of the year"?

The Assyrians in Chicago don't agree with you...
I have just some problems with this Guy, where was he all the years?
He isnt and wasnt ever in an Assyrian Party, so he doesn´t represent Assyrians!
He wasn´t elected by Assyrians, but just nominated from the KDP as an Assyrian "representor"
He is a member of KPD and the KRG!
At the moment I am just following his steps!
So to be honest I am not in favour with this person, it is my thought others don´t need to share it, but I know for sure that there are alot who do!

He has in a way my respect, that he is resettling the Assyrians from Baghdad,Basra and other parts of Iraq into Assyria and building homes from Money which is given by the Iraq State!
