A kurdish man's dilemma.

PostAuthor: Feyli_kord » Sat Aug 23, 2008 11:58 pm

I can say as a kurdish nationalist, that our situation there is depressing. The turks will never let go of our lands, the tribes are disunited and tribalist, instead adopting kurdish seperatism and nationalism, they fight over petty things . So what do we do ? get assmilated and lose our identity in the anatolian mass or do we plead for autonmy and cultural freedom and dump all our plans of seperatism? or do we fight the turks for our independence and get destroyed and even more repressed?. What is the solution for the dilemma?.

What has happend!, kords rise!, the sons of mountains where the sun forever shines, RISE!.

Havli hija

Think of the Kurdish issue 100 years ago and compare it to today , think about it 20 years ago and compare it to today . Progress is happening and Nationalism is rising at all aspects of Kurdish lifes . I'm glad to I have lived to see these times where a a Totally Arabized Kurd from Mosul goes to work in sulyamania Just for the sake of learning Kurdish and Knowing more about his roots .
I'm not trying to paint a rosey picture here , Things are bad , but they have never been better . Things are bad but they are worst for the enemies of Kurdistan .

The current situation is not a Dilamma for Kurds , It is a Delamma for the enemies of Kurdistan , they know very well that Kurds will never stop at THE PENUT RIGHT that they are so hisitant to give . They know Kurds will not stop at Autonomy and it is a frightening situation for them not us .
If you go and See PKK peshmargas , you will see Kurds form all parts of Kurdistan , The same applies to PDK and PUK . We are united in the cause dispite all the obstical

i know that land will never be given back. i think it best to stop all this teror and seperatism. i do not mean assimilation but out in public do not make it known you are a kurd. in private with other kurds speak in kurdish and share common interests of culture and beliefs...

You are not a Kurd , so please do not tell the Kurds what to do .

Only peson with no Honor will accept that , Only a cowards will do that ? to actually hide your identity , Why  ?
and you call Kurdish struggle TERROR and Seperatism ?
Kurds live in Kurdistan , and Kurdistan might be Artificially part of Turkey or Iran , But Artificial border have no meaning .
they are man made . So Yes We are seperatist and if you choose to call the Kurdish struggle for the last 100 years a "terror" , then We are Proudly Terrorist too .

Pretending to be a Turk or an Arab will not gain you anything , You will always be looked at as a Kurds , a Sold out Kurd
I would rather be prosecuted every day than deny who I'm .
I lived among Arabs most of my youth and everytime I spoke a word of Arabic at home , My mom would through her shoes at me :D . that is what I call a true Kurd .
We are Kurds and we are to be respected as Kurds . Every single one of us Represent KURDs and Kurdistan where ever you are .

talsor i am not telling kurds what to do. i was only giving my opinion ok. do you think kurds will be victorios if they fight the turks for land? do you think kurds could get back land from iran or even syria? i am not a coward. i am a realist ok. do you think all kurds will unite when they are not even united yet? i did not mean total assimilation ok. i do not hide my identity. i do not tell 'i am a zaza' to people who are not. only if they ask me i tell them. i do not want them to think separatist or even worse a terorist supporter. why fight for liberation when you know will not be victorios? then a lot of kurds end up dying and kurds that do not are even more oppressed then before.

You are too pesimistic and that is not sign of a revolutionary people , change does not come easy , Peace havali hija does not come without war . If the algerian thought the way you think , they would have never driven the french from their land , if the somalian thought the way you think , they would have never driven the etheopian from their land , I could go on , but I think you get my point .
If you Enter a battle , and think that you are going to lose , You will most definitly Lose . And NO you are not realistic , You have been enslaved for too long to the point that you think that your slavery is OK .

As your unity of Kurd ,: You ask for too much too fast , and this is the mentality of a broken man not the mentality of a leader . You want everything fixed fast , now , or it is a failur and you would actually brag how right you are when unity fails . I hope you read about American civil war , it will be very educational .

You should be proud to be Zaza , Sheik Saidi Piran was Zaza , He led the all Kurds followed him . SET HIM as an example for yourself and study the history of Kurdistan , because you need it .

If you are ever accused of being a separatist , You should be proud of that , As for being Terrorist , I would suggest that You GOOGLE "definition of a terrorist " and see what it means .

havali berkafti
I hope you do not get offended by my writing , You are a Kurds , Tu le ser serimin u hardo javindmini , and you are a brother . Read as much as you can , Read about halabja , Sheik saidi piran , Mustafa barzani , Mahabad , read about Anfal ......Read about Kurdistan . And make up your mind at the end .
