I hear on news that President Ahmadinejad is seriously ill. Anyone know if this is true or just a rumor?

Seems like he might be looking for a way out of next year's elections. He knows it would be a massive embarrassment to be the first president since the Iranian revolution to not be re-elected, and his approval rating is at 30%.
