Баку= Bakı , Capital of Azerbaycan. Should have been more detailed about it. I think I'm love with a girl there. Her parents are very conservative, so I fear going to meet her parents and also maybe the air quality.
Yea, the Kurdish New year is usualy around the Spring Equinox. Don't know much about how Kurds celebrate New Year. When I visited Kerkuk was mostly around Türkmen.
Where are ya going in Türkiye? Do ya want help learning Turkish? I speak Russian, Mongolian and Turkish fluently. I know only some Kurdish though.

yes - definatly 21 march - Kurds celebrite it really great, you can see some pics if you put Newroz (in pictures) in google - big picniks, with music, a lot of food, dancing and happiness, the symbol of Newroz is fire. its my dream to go to Kurdistan that time - but i will.
anyway - happy new year !
... i didnt made any resolution - from my experience i know it doesnt work (for first few days, but later....) - but i have plans for my life and i am doing my best to realize them.
and pics of Newroz from my privat gallery:
