This is a poem (curse) written by Sultan Selim I about the Kurds. This poem can be found on a fountain in Mus. The story goes as this; The Sultan while on his way to Persia to face Ismail, he builts lots of fountains in eastern Anatolia so the locals could have clean drinking water. On his way back to Istanbul (after defeating Ismail), he finds out that most of these fountains shattered by the kurdish locals and ruined.
And he writes the following poem, it is printed on a fountain in Mus. My Turkish-kurd friends, please do translate it for others:

Kürde fırsat verme Ya Rab
Dehre sultan olmasın
Ayağını çarık sıksın
Karnı bile doymasın
Vur sopayı al haracı
Asla iflah olmasın
Ol bu çeşmeden gavur içsin
Rum içsin
Kürde nasip olmasın
Vasiyetim oldur kim,
Kürd bin kere yalvarsın.
İnanma, kanma.
Yakana bit, kapına Kürd dadandırma
