Thanks heval, i think he's Kurdish as his name is diyar, but he doesn't think that those street names are official. But I'm sure they're official because I know on which streets my relatives live and in the sygic app it is exactly the same.

The sygic navigation app is built by the company sygic. Just like you have tomtom and navigon, you also have sygic. However, the maps of the sygic application are actually made by tomtom. Sygic maps isn't limited to Kurdistan, you can also buy the applications for europe, America, Australia etc... Therefore it is not an open source app as it has been built by the company and only they can update it.

If you have downloaded it "illegally" (so not via your app store but rather by installous or something like that), it is not possible to update it via the app store. It will say that it is only for customers who have bought or something like that. Therefore you have to go to installous and search for sygic Iraq. Choose the one that says sygic Iraq and hit download. Then you get a list with mirrors and you should choose one of the links which are version 11.2.5.

After you have downloaded it, install it and it will automatically remove the older version and install the newer one.

That means you have the latest version. Open the sygic app and then hit About. Now check what version you have. If it is 11.2.5 then you have the latest version.

I think because we didn't download it from the app store, but from installous which is different from app store. Dont worry about app store. You are fully updated.

That mod is now deleting all the street names on which I had spent hours putting them into google maps
