Dinner : Cauliflowers and brocoli omelette, lettuce, pastis.

2 cups of sweet black tea

Dinner:
Hunters chicken and rice
1 can of Diet Pepsi

Snacks:
1 bar of Cadbury chocolate
Lots of little savoury biscuits

I have cut down on fruit juice :((

Traditional Turkey roast dinner
Diet Pepsi

Dinner:
Egg fried rice
More diet Pepsi

Snacks:
YES :ymdevil:

Seriously cutting down on the fruit juice having realised I drink over 3,000 calories of fruit juice each day - I may be fat but I am healthy :o)

Chicken, vegetable, brow and pasta, pastis.

Today :

Coffee, chocolate, bread goat cheese and ham.

Dinner :

Salmon, watercress cream, pastis.

ERR well perhaps I do still eat more chocolate than you do :ymdevil:

I do not think your 20 g will make you fat - my 900ml of fruit juice each day was a massive 3600 calories :shock:

ha ha ! I guess that 900 ml of fruit juice could not be more than 300 calories. Grape juice is the sweetest, around 500 calories. So drink all the juice you like and suppress other thing from your menu.

Slight miscalculation 400 calories - I must gave pressed wrong button - that means I may still drink lots of fruit juice 8-}

Dinner:
LARGE chicken curry and rice
can of Diet Pepsi

Snacks:
Lots of chocolate because I needed the energy to clean out my freezer - got to stock up as it might be a very cold winter with lots of lovely snow - only problem with the snow is I get snowed in :o)

Even though there is a bus route near me the roads around here never see a gritting lorry X(

Have to make sure I have plenty of chocolate :ymdevil:

Black chocolate (85% of cocoa, no sugar)

20 g of chocolate, 85% cocoa, sugarless.

Dinner :
Salmon, rice, roasted endives, 20 g of bread, 40 g of goat cheese,3 punch (definitively I hate punch, too sweet, like a syrup)

I am getting fed up with eating rice every evening but if I do not put rice on my windowsill overnight - the Magpies keep banging on my window for their breakfast - I put other food out but the Magpies want their rice on the bathroom windowsill X(
