But, your point about Education and Money - while being generally valid - still does not excuse KURDsat or KurdistanTV. I don't think the people who worked at MedTV were professionaly trained in media and technology. But, they hired people who were and learned from them. It all goes back to will and determination. For the KDP and PUK, having good quality TV is just not a priority. Had it been, again, the "money" could have been used to get more "educated" - even if only by the meanest of methods - paying those with the expertise to help.

it was in his firs "avatar", MED TV... Of course, after 1999, he did not talk in Kurdish TV.
But in MEDYA TV we could hear often Osman Öcalan, but now he fled from the PKK too...
